Returns Policy

  1. In event of any unfortunate defect or uncertainty, please contact us via E-mail or telephone without delay.
    You are urged to report any defects without delay, within 24 hours of delivery.

The joy of wool takes great care to package products but cannot be held responsible for negligence or carelessness by the couriers or their respective employees. 

We need to be notified within 7 days after delivery has been completed. All exchange need be made within 7 days in their original packaging in a condition that is saleable in order to qualify for a full exchange. Unfortunately, delivery charges will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the courier cost of return and we do not take responsibility in the event that your parcel goes missing.

  1. The joy of wool will not accept return of a product where ;
    • the product is in perfect order. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the product they are buying is what they want. You can contact The joy of wool via the contact page should you be unsure of what a product is or what it contains.
    • The product has been sold onto a third party without The joy of wool’s consent.
